- Play “fruit salad”: Everyone sits in a circle. Prepare 2 pictures of each fruit, i.e. 2 pears, 2 apples, 2 watermelons, 2 bananas, 2 bunches of grapes. Teach the names of the fruits in Hebrew. Randomly hand out the pictures. The “announcer” calls out 1 fruit, say “apples-tapuchim”. The 2 children holding that fruit, quickly stand up and switch places. Continue calling each fruit. At some point, say: FRUIT SALAD” What happens is that EVERYONE stands up gets “all mixed up” and finds a NEW place.
